Busy Summer

This summer I worked at the Random House Bertelsmann distribution center in Crawfordsville, Indiana; my hometown.  At the factory I put barcode stickers on books, packed books to be shipped out, and overall packaged books to be shipped out into stores.  This was my second summer working at this factory.

I also planned on going to the National American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (AAFCS) conference in Indianapolis this year; however, I got mononucleosis and was unfortunately unable to attend.  Hopefully, in the years to come I will be able to attend another national conference.

The high point of my summer was getting engaged to my boyfriend! We are planning on getting married this coming June and have begun  planning for this happy event.
