Putting the New CoRec to Good Use!

This semester, I have been putting the new CoRec to good use. The France A. Cordova Recreational Sports Center opened last fall, but unfortunately I had been too busy to spend much time there. Lately, I have been taking advantage of these brand new facilities. The space available is fantastic. Even with all of the New Year’s resolution people working out, there is always plenty of open machines and space.  There is every type of machine, weight, or court I could ever imagine. Many of the ellipticals even have their own personal tv with cable! Besides working out independently, I am taking the Exercise to Music course. This is a fun course co-taught by student trainers from HHS’s Movement and Sports Science major. It doesn’t get better than getting to go work out for course credit!
