Purdue’s Chapter of College Mentors for Kids

College MentorsFor the past year, I have been involved with Purdue’s Chapter of College Mentors for Kids. I serve as a mentor and this year I also serve as an activities director on Tuesdays. Each week, kids from the local community schools come to campus and we have an activity planned that has to do with higher education, culture and diversity or community service. My little buddy has shown me that life is about taking chances and treating each day as a brand new day. College mentors has been beyond a rewarding experience and I look forward to seeing the impact that is made on these kids.

Boiler up!
