Autumn at Purdue

Fall 1Purdue is such a beautiful place in the fall. Not to mention there are many events that happen either on or around campus during this season. The Exploration Acres is always a fun attraction with its haunted corn mazes and pumpkin patches.

The last few weekends, I made some quick trips with a few friends. We visited Chicago oveChicago 1r Fall Break, which is only about a two-hour car drive from West Lafayette. Even though I have been there countless times, I still participated in all of the touristy things, such as taking a boat cruise on the Chicago River and Michigan Lake—and I can’t foChicago 2rget to mention the deep dish pizza that I helped devour at Gino’s East.

The following weekend my friends and I made a spontaneous decision to go to Indianapolis. Chicago 3We went without a clue as to what we wanted to do once we got there, but had fun nonetheless doing some unnecessary shopping at Circle Center Mall and eating-out at Rock Bottom.

Another round of exams is on its way, so I guess for now I should concentrate on my studies until Thanksgiving Break—21 days from now—not that I’m counting.
